Actually, the journey started a few years ago, with a heap of determination and the flame of passion. A passion for humanity, dignity and wellbeing. For slowing down the pace of rapidly diminishing natural resources. And for landing a serious blow-to-the-chin on the daunting face of carbon emissions and greenhouse gasses. It sounded complex, impossible even. Who could imagine all these things could be achieved? Especially by anything that people today describe as a 'simple' solution. But Wonderbag is a simple solution.

Wonderbag is poised to implant itself around the globe, but first it will take seed in communities across Africa and into Europe. The WOW (Wonderbag on Wheels) project is an over-land trek that will take us country to country all the way from Cape Town to Bonn in Germany, planting Wonderbags in communities and leaving behind the seed that will grow into a viable solution for families in that community and beyond.
